We also are very picky on All Pre-Owned furnishings we accept. Must be well made, in like new condition, current styles, be no older than 7 years old & come from a pet & smoke free home. We will not go to storage units to purchase to ensure conditions.
We do work with many builders and real estate professionals as well. With that we are able to acquire Model Home Furnishings. Essentially getting New furniture at discounted prices, however warranties are voided.
