Since 1985, San Diego's Boomerang for modern has represented the best in well-designed furnishings from the mid 20th Century, featuring an ever-changing selection of quality vintage pieces from America, Scandinavia and Europe.
You'll always find items by noted designers of the period: Eames, Knoll, Noguchi, Wegner, McCobb and Prouve', to name just a few. We also sell quality anonymous pieces by those "yet to be discovered." Most of our items are well cared for originals but when any restoration is called for, a light handed approach is taken and appropriate fabrics and finishes are used.
Since its inception, we have been a Herman Miller For The Home dealer. We also represent Vitra. Boomerang for modern has been appointed the first USA dealer for the long awaited return of Architectural Pottery by Vessel.
Some items at Boomerang for modern are also available for rent and we occasionally accept selected Photo Styling projects as well.
Now located in historic Little Italy along San Diego's waterfront…where the setting is picturesque and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.
